Welcome to In and Out Detail, LLC. In and Out Detail, LLC, doing business as In and Out Detailing (“Company”, “we”, or “us”), respects your privacy. By using our services, website, or opting into SMS/email communications, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

In and Out Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing and related services. Service scope is defined at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for excessive contamination, pet hair, biohazard conditions, or oversized vehicles.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payment methods.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

All premium services include a 14-day workmanship guarantee. If you notice anything we may have missed, contact us within 14 days and we will return to address it at no additional charge. This guarantee covers workmanship only and does not include new contamination, damage, or wear occurring after service completion.

5. Ceramic Coating Warranty

Ceramic coatings are warranted only if the vehicle is maintained according to recommended care guidelines and serviced regularly. Automatic car washes or neglect may void warranty coverage.

6. SMS & Email Communications

By providing your phone number and/or email address through our website forums, booking system, or other opt-in methods, you consent to receive SMS messages and email communications from In and Out Detail. These communications may include appointment conformations, reminders, service updates, promotional offers and educational content.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at (704) 956-5857. You may unsubscribe from email communications by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any email.

7. Limitation of Liability

In and Out Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, mechanical failure, or manufacturer defects.

8. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or provide personal information through our website. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

9. Carrier Disclaimer

In and Out Detailing is not responsible for delayed or undelivered text messages. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data raes may apply depending on your carrier plan.
